I want you to be happy with your purchase. Please contact me immediately if you have a problem so that I can sort it out as quickly as possible. All claims for damaged or missing items must be notified within 7 days of receipt of goods.
You have the right to cancel your order, providing you return it within 7 days of receipt, including a copy of the original invoice. However, please be aware that once your order has been processed I will only be able to refund the cost of the goods and not any service charges (ie postage & packing). All goods must be returned Within 14 days ,well packed and in good condition. I will not exchange or refund any opened packets or items damaged in transit back to us.
Goods sent back for exchange will be charged additional postage at our advertised rate. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the safe delivery of goods returned to us. I advise that you use a signed for service to return any unwanted items. I cannot issue a refund if I do not receive your parcel. Once your goods have been returned to me in perfect condition I will refund your purchase price of the goods less a £4.00 re-stocking fee, as soon as possible within 30 days.
