All goods supplied by Crystals to Shine are subject to the following Terms & Conditions.
Due to the manufacturing process of crystals it is in the nature of our products that some slight variation in shading is unavoidable.
Variations on internet browsers, combined with the difficulty in photographing crystals dictate that colours shown on this site are used as a guide only. If you are unsure about a colour we suggest you purchase a Shade Card or small pack of stones before investing in a large quantity of our products. Opened packs will not be exchanged just because the colour does not match with that on your browser or that of other manufacturers. Whilst we have tried to make them as true as possible we cannot guarantee that your browser will reproduce this effect accurately. The pictures are not to scale and are for reference only. The actual size should be verified by referring to the text accompanying the image.
Please be aware that the content of this web site, including all images, are the property of Crystals to Shine and the reproduction or lifting of any content or images is expressly forbidden under any circumstances.
Goods will normally be dispatched by 1st Class post on the same day of receipt of your order, if ordered before 300p.m. (excluding Weekends and Holidays) These items SHOULD
be delivered within 48 hours of dispatch but THIS IS NOT GUARANTEED.
Parcels are subject to Royal Mail terms and conditions. THEY HAVE UP TO 15
WORKING DAYS TO DELIVER 1st Class Mail BEFORE THEY CLASS ANY ITEM AS LATE OR
LOST. If your order is URGENT we
strongly suggest you consider the SPECIAL DELIVERY option. We can do
nothing about delayed or missing packages until 15 working days have elapsed
from the date of posting. Most parcels will require a signature. If you are
not in a card will be left. It is the customer's responsibility to arrange for collection/re-delivery. Any goods not collected and returned to us will be sent out again on payment of a further delivery charge. However, if you do not wish to have the goods sent again we will refund the cost of your order less the postage and packing and a restocking fee of £2.00 to cover administrative costs.
Parcels weighing over 2kg will be sent by courier service and will require a signature.
Next Day Delivery (excludes Weekends and Bank Holidays) is usually available on orders placed before 12 Noon Monday to Friday. However, this is subject to stock and may not be possible if we are out of the office for any reason.
When we are not available, all orders placed online requiring this service will be given priority and dispatched on the next available date. An email confirmation of dispatch will be sent. You are welcome to phone 07874924216 to confirm the availability of this service. All orders will require a signature.
Overseas Orders are sent by Air Mail - Royal Mail or Parcel Force and a signature will be required.
We can currently only supply to countries within the EU at a standard rate of: £8.75
In the unlikely event of goods not arriving within 28 days of dispatch, it is the customer's responsibility to notify us that they are not in receipt of the expected package. WE WILL NOT ACCEPT CLAIMS FOR NON DELIVERY OF GOODS WHICH HAVE NOT BEEN NOTIFIED TO US WITHIN 28 DAYS OF THE DATE OF DISPATCH.
A dispatch email will be sent when goods leave our warehouse. If an order has been placed and a dispatch email has not been received within 7 days please contact us immediately.
We try our hardest to keep all items in stock. However, due to long lead times at the manufacturers we are sometimes unavoidably out of an item. In these circumstances you will be emailed so that you can decide whether you wish us to place it on back order for you.
